1. Who is responsible

For sellers’ accounts and their shops, the controller is to be completed, which runs RapidLink (see the Terms, « Legal notice »).

For a shop’s customers’ data, the controller is the seller: he records it and decides how it is used. RapidLink keeps it for him, on his instructions, and does not use it for its own purposes.

2. The data concerned

  • your account: e-mail address, language;
  • your shop: name, telephone, WhatsApp, address, logo, identifiers (RCCM, NCC);
  • the shop’s customers: name, telephone, WhatsApp, e-mail, addresses, notes;
  • orders, quotes, payments, deliveries, riders and documents;
  • product photos;
  • your Pro payments: operator, paying number, reference;
  • the activity log: who did what, and when;
  • technical data: sign-in cookies, the hosts’ technical logs (including the IP address).

3. Why

This data is used only to run the service, to secure it (activity log, protection against fraud), to help you when you ask, to check your Pro payments and to comply with the law.

RapidLink sends you no advertising. No promotional message will be sent to you without your consent, and you can always refuse it.

4. Who receives it

  • RapidLink’s technical providers, bound by contract: Supabase (database), Vercel (website), Resend (sign-in e-mails);
  • the RapidLink team, according to its role: Support and Payments see a summary of your shop, never your customers nor your orders; an administrator may open your data only in an emergency, as the Terms say;
  • an authority, only when the law requires it.

Your data is never sold.

5. Where it is kept

The database is in London (United Kingdom); the website goes through Vercel’s servers. This data therefore leaves Côte d’Ivoire. This transfer is subject to ARTCI’s authorization: to be completed.

6. How long

  • your account and your shop: as long as they exist; after a confirmed deletion request, they are deleted within 30 days;
  • the activity log: 24 months, then only monthly totals, without detail;
  • the technical records that stop the same tap from counting twice: 30 days;
  • your payments to RapidLink: as long as accounting law requires.

7. Your rights

You may ask to see your data, correct it (most of it can be corrected directly in the app), have it deleted, or object to a use. Write to donnees@rapidlink.vip or to RapidLink’s WhatsApp; we answer within one month. You may also contact ARTCI, the Ivorian data protection authority.

8. Security

Each shop sees only its own data: the database checks it itself, and a test checks at every update, for every function, who can do what. Quote links are long random codes. The site is protected against foreign scripts and connections go over HTTPS only.

9. Cookies

RapidLink uses only the cookies it needs: your sign-in, the shop that is open, the language, and the fact that you accepted these texts. The app also keeps a few settings on your phone. No advertising tracker is used; that is why no banner asks you to accept them.

10. If you are a shop’s customer

When you open a quote, RapidLink records that it was opened and your answer (accepted, declined, « J’ai payé »). Your information was entered by the shop: to see, correct or delete it, contact the shop first. You may also write to donnees@rapidlink.vip.

11. Minors

RapidLink is made for sellers, not for children. A shop must be opened by an adult.

12. Changes

Changes are announced in the app; an important change is asked again.
